On their first day of employment, Loopers become eligible for Loopio’s comprehensive health and dental program. This plan covers prescription drugs, vision benefits, dental coverage, paramedical coverage (like massage, chiropractic, therapy, and more), and includes a health spending account.
Every Looper receives four weeks of vacation per fiscal year. It’s pretty straightforward: we all get the same amount. There’s no starting at a lower amount and “earning more” with seniority or a promotion. We firmly believe that every Looper deserves the same amount of rest time regardless of their role or length of service.
Sometimes our Loopers need a bit more time! It could be a year with a big international trip or an out-of-town wedding. Or they need some extra time with their families. Whatever the reason, Loopio offers a vacation top-up program that lets Loopers buy an extra week off through bite-sized payroll deductions.
All Loopers receive a $500 annual budget to spend on professional development and mastery. They can use it for a course, conference fees, a webinar, books, or even an Audible subscription. Loopio knows every Looper is invested in growing their career and mastering their role. This budget exists to enable that.
We love to support Loopio parents (because we are parents too!) in taking the time they need after choosing to start or grow their family.
For parents who choose to take an extended leave, we top up Employment Insurance (EI) payments to 80% of their salary for a total of 16 weeks. And when they return to work, we offer a fully paid graduated return to work program. It lets them ease back into the workplace on a part-time basis with the security of full-time pay.
For a supporting parent (a mom or dad who is supporting the at-home parent after the birth), we offer four weeks of paid leave up to 80% of their salary.
And when Little Loopers head into childcare for the first time, we subsidize that transition with a bonus of $2,000 towards your childcare costs.
