One of the most important sources of data for us as a SaaS company is our customers. Over the years, we’ve heard a lot of positive feedback on the value our users get from the Loopio Platform. And while that has provided us with many data points, we wanted to arm ourselves with deeper insights.
That’s why, a few months ago, we surveyed our customers, asking them about the benefits Loopio has had on their RFP response process.
Based on the responses that 126 of our customers provided, we’ve learned that they have been able to cut RFP and RFI response time by 29% and increase volume by 28%.
Saving Time on RFP Responses
