It was always my dream to bring the RFP response community together in one space to share knowledge and build connections. That’s why we launched Loopicon, our inaugural customer conference, last year.
We were gearing up for another in-person conference this year—but the past few months have thrown us a curveball.
However, the events of 2020 have only reinforced the need for the industry to come together. No single person has all the answers for navigating the challenges we’re facing right now (professionally and personally). But together, we can navigate this new world with more knowledge and conviction.
That’s why I’m excited to announce that Loopicon is back and better than ever—but with a slight twist: our annual conference is going fully digital on Aug. 12 and 13.
We’re welcoming the entire RFP response community—including proposal, sales, and security pros— in addition to Loopio customers at the event. And best of all, it’s completely free to attend!

Better Team-Based Learning Opportunities
While we can’t interact face-to-face this year, moving Loopicon 2020 online allows us to open our (virtual) doors wider, and welcome new members of the RFP response community.
This means attendees can invite more of their team members to join, which makes learning together easier.
This way, you won’t need to create an in-depth post-event breakdown for your team to read. It also allows for a “divide and conquer” strategy for attending sessions in different tracks, and then comparing notes later.
New Topics, New Formats, New Ways To Learn & Grow
More attendees also means more perspectives. And because we’ll have some new folks present, this year’s Loopicon will cover a wider range of topics.
Yes, you’ll learn how to master your craft from proposal experts. But we’ll also have speakers from outside of the industry discussing how to develop high-level skills that go beyond day-to-day execution.
Think subjects like battling burnout, building better relationships, or elevating your personal profile.
These changes have inspired this year’s theme: growth. Whether it’s growing RFP revenue, growing personally, or growing the influence, impact, and reputation of your proposal team—it covers many meanings of the word.
We’ve designed our learning tracks to cover all the ways in which people can grow for themselves, their teams, or their business at large. Those tracks are:

Sessions will come in a variety of formats, including keynotes, workshops, small group discussions, panels, and more. We’ll also host fun networking opportunities. (As many attendees from last year’s Loopicon know, we like to “Get Loopi” now and then. 🙃)
